We want you to be happy with your purchase from Local Embroidery.
We carefully inspect each individual item for defects prior to personalizing it and again before gift wrapping and shipping. If there was an actual defect with the product or a mistake was made on our end with a spelling, thread color choice, etc., we ask that you contact us immediately by e-mail or telephone and we will work to resolve your issue promptly.
We regret that personalized orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Names, initials and dates are EMBROIDERED EXACTLY AS ENTERED on the order form so please take a few extra moments to recheck the information you have typed to make sure it is accurate before submitting it.
Please double check your spelling to make sure you have entered everything correctly, that you have entered monogram letters exactly as requested, and that you love the font & colors you have chosen. Delivery to Post Office Boxes
Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post.
Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5 to 7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).
Two-Day Delivery
If requested, add $10.00 to standard shipping. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note two-day orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon (CST) or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.
Overnight Delivery
If requested, add $17.00 to standard shipping. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note overnight orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon (CST) or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam Deliveries
Add $5.00 to the applicable shipping charges for standard shipping. Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).
International Deliveries
At this time, it is not possible to specify international destinations and U.S. territories when placing an order online. However, you may contact us for shipping prices.
Additional Address
Please add $8.00 to the applicable shipping charges for each additional delivery address.
